Can I pay for my furniture pieces to be assembled?

Yes, of course. At the checkout you will be asked which delivery service you require, if you require your furniture to be assembled please choose this option. On each product page it will state whether the item needs to be assembled or whether it comes already assembled. If you wish to assemble the item yourself - please choose delivery only at checkout and find all manual here.

How can I keep my furniture in the best condition?

To ensure your furniture remains in top condition for as long as possible, we recommend adhering to the care label instructions provided with each item. If you'd like to review these instructions before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Additionally, we suggest investing in our protective covers for added care and longevity of your furniture.

Is your showroom open yet?

We plan to open showrooms in London and Manchester in 2025. In the meantime, we would be happy to send you any samples or additional photos to assist you. Please contact our customer service team for further information.

Can I order samples?

Of course! Feel free to visit the sample page on our website where you can order any outdoor fabric samples as well as outdoor rug samples too. They are free of charge and if you would like to request an interior sample pack, simply email our team and we can include any samples you wish . Alternatively if you are looking for something in particular, maybe a wood or aluminium sample, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@nthdegree.co.uk.

Can the furniture be left outside all year even through the unpredictable UK weather?

Teak wood is widely regarded as one of the most durable woods. Its close grain, combined with high mineral content and natural oils, makes it strong, durable, and virtually impervious to all weather extremes and rotting. The aluminum used in all of our pieces is also designed to endure all types of weather even through the worst of the heavy rains and thick snow. The fabric used on our designs is very high quality outdoor fabric thatboasts a resilience against fading from UV rays and the chemical embrace of chlorinated water, ensuring that its deep, rich colour endures as a constant in the ever-changing British outdoor landscape. In short, yes our furniture can certainly be left outside all year round, we would recommend using our furniture covers that are sold separately to take extra care of your furniture and preserve the teak colour as this will develop an organic silvery-grey patina over time if exposed to the elements.

Can I download your 3D files?

Each range provides a downloadable 3D file that you are encouraged to use. To access the file, first log in to your account. Then, visit the product page for the item you’re interested in and scroll down to the "Download" section. Here, you can download the 3D file, which is available for use in your projects or planning. Do you provide furniture covers for all furniture collections?

Yes, we sell our custom-fit protective covers separately. By purchasing these covers you can significantly extend the lifespan of your furniture, whilst maintaining its appearance and functionality for years to come. 

How do I maintain my teak?

To ensure the best care for your teak furniture, we recommend purchasing our maintenance kits. This comprehensive kit includes everything you need to clean, restore, and protect your teak surfaces. To remove any stubborn residue use the supplied sandpaper to lightly sand away any unwanted marks or rough texture. The teak oil (step 1) maintains the stained colour for an extended time, while the teak protector (step 2) restores and brightens the wood’s original hue. Additionally, the teak protector also enhances the wood’s resistance to weathering and UV damage, ensuring your furniture remains stunning for years to come. 

Regular use of these maintenance kits will help preserve the rich color and texture of your teak, extending its lifespan and keeping it looking its best.

As we use an external company for our delivery, return fees vary based on the size of your item. There is no return fee if you choose to exchange your item.

Small items - Returns are free of charge

Medium items - A return fee of £35 applies

Large item - A return fee of £70 is applicable
