While some pre-orders may arrive shortly after the release date, others may take longer due to demand or unforeseen delays.
Our shipping partners are reliable and experienced, ensuring that your products arrive in pristine condition. We do request that customers to take responsibility in verifying the measurements of their purchases to ensure they enter the designated delivery address - be this through door or gate access. This helps to prevent any potential inconveniences or delays in the delivery process. Exchange & Returns
