We understand that time is of the essence, we aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery time is typically within 2-7 business days for domestic orders. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. While some pre-orders may arrive shortly after the release date, others may take longer due to demand or unforeseen delays. 

Our shipping partners are reliable and experienced, ensuring that your products arrive in pristine condition. We do request that customers to take responsibility in verifying the measurements of their purchases to ensure they enter the designated delivery address - be this through door or gate access. As we use an external delivery company, return fees vary depending on the size of your item. The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund, so please take this into account when initiating a return. There is no return fee if you choose to exchange your item.
