We understand that time is of the essence, we aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery time is typically within 2-7 business days for domestic orders. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. While some pre-orders may arrive shortly after the release date, others may take longer due to demand or unforeseen delays. 

Our shipping partners are reliable and experienced, ensuring that your products arrive in pristine condition. We do request that customers to take responsibility in verifying the measurements of their purchases to ensure they enter the designated delivery address - be this through door or gate access. This helps to prevent any potential inconveniences or delays in the delivery process. By carefully checking the dimensions of the item prior to purchase, customers can make informed decisions and avoid the disappointment of receiving a product that does not fit through the property.

If you are unsure of your product and wish to make your final decision once you receive your item, we do recommend keeping your packaging and making our delivery partners aware of this so they do not discard your packaging.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy terms and conditions. If you wish to return or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. They will guide you through the process and assist you in initiating the return or cancellation.

As we use an external delivery company, return fees vary depending on the size of your item. The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund, so please take this into account when initiating a return. There is no return fee if you choose to exchange your item.
